Documentary Film about Zinaida Serebryakova on Kultura Channel

On December 10, 2014 at 16:55 and 1:20, in honor of Zinaida Serebryakova’s 130th anniversary, the Culture channel will broadcast the documentary film "The World of Art of Zinaida Serebryakova".
"The World of Art of Zinaida Serebryakova" is a documentary film (Russia, 2013).

Narration by Anna Kamenkova.
It is about the famous artist Zinaida Serebryakova and the fate of the Benois-Lanceray-Serebryakova family.
Serebryakova’s grandfather, Nikolai Benois, was the chief architect of the illustrious Peterhof from the mid-19th century.
Since childhood, the artist was surrounded by the “World of Art” movement: her uncle Alexander Benois and brother Evgeny Lanceray were founders of this artistic trend.
From her first paintings under their influence, Serebryakova became famous.
Until the end of her life, the world of art remained an anchor for her.
The film features artists: Ekaterina Serebryakova, Ivan Nikolaev, Anastasia Nikolaeva, Ekaterina Lanceray, and art historian Pavel Pavlinov.
